As a result of recent federal funding opportunities (HRSA 22-124), many organizations across the country are looking to build or expand CHW training and apprenticeships options. This webinar will provide a forum for NACHW members (though non-members are welcome as well) currently involved in developing new or implementing training and apprenticeship models to connect with one another to share strategies and common challenges. Participants will hear from panelists who are currently implementing HRSA 22-124 funded programs. Panelists will share how their programs have approached recruitment, skill building, retention, and job placement for participants. The session will be interactive and will encourage participants to discuss how NACHW can best support ongoing learning and technical assistance needs of its members related to CHW workforce development.
